We would definitely use Veterans United again the team we had did an Excellent job from information to seemingly caring about us. They didn't just take our information they followed up from time to time to make sure we had what we needed and to give us support if needed.
My husband and I received a loan through Veterans United. The process went smoothly. We informed our loan officer that we WOULD NOT be selling our current home and that we would be selling AFTER we close on our new home and move into it. I mean why would we sell one home before we have another? I mean we would be homeless. Our loan officer informed us that it would not be a problem. Most importantly, I apologize for the miscommunication in regards to the VA occupancy requirement. Every case is a little bit different, but ultimately our underwriting team has to prove to the VA that you're using your VA home loan on what will be your primary residence.
