We had a roller coaster ride negotiation. Our loan officer went above and beyond making our transaction work and to get us in our new home. We are extremely happy with how Veteran's United took care of us!

Worst service ever, during my escrow period it was difficult to get responds on a timely matter, and now that escrow has closed I was given the wrong loan number to use to make a payment and wrong address to send payment, I made my 1st payment on Oct. 6 and it still hasn't posted even though my bank has told me that the check has been clear, going to contact my bank and make them refund my payment since they are not posted it and trying again with second loan number they have given me, what a pathetic company, Veterans Unite... read more
