I see a lot of positive review, but I will write my experience. I thought I got the condo I really liked, and I asked Veterans United to get me the pre approval letter. They gave me the letter, and I was heading toward the purchase. I ended up paying $600.00 for the appraisal, and I also paid for the inspection. Well VA did not approve the loan. I asked if I was going to get the money back, and the answer was no. Why not verify that VA will approve the loan before taking my $600.00? It just does not make sense at all. Why ev... read more

Getting out of the Navy it&#**;s always been come and go, never stationary and I have never owned a home before so this was a big step in my life. The process that Veterans United has is personal, friendly and just makes the whole home buying experience not so terrifying.
