I am extremely frustrated that they had me give all my information and ran a hard inquiry on my credit for me to find out 3 days later that they don't do new build loans. I was very clear what my intentions were with the loan from the get go. So all my information is out there and they had access to my bank account for them to turn around and tell me they don't do those type of loans. I am beyond upset and feel like I was scammed for my info.

This was my seventh VA home loan purchase, and the first I've done entirely by myself. By far, thus was the easiest, most straightforward, timely and transparent mortgage process I have ever had. I can not say enough about the professionals representing Veterans United. My loan team was cohesive, communicative, and extremely attentive throughout the entire process. From start to finish they went out of their way to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner and any hiccups were addressed immediately. Cant recommend them enough, and would definitely do business with them in the future.
