Do not order anything from them unless you have an eternity to wait !!!! Still not sure if they robbed me or what been almost 2 months still nothing and now they are ignoring phone calls!!!!!!

Ordered a watch in October still have not received it and it is now November 25. I emailed three times no response. I called talked to a lady name Sharon. She said she would send me an email to let me know when watches will be in. That was a week ago still nothing. I ordered a shirt same time but watch did not. I do not think l will be doing business with this company again.

I purchased a special knife for my husband’s Birthday. It took almost 6 weeks to receive it after I sent an inquiry asking where it was and when I might expect it. The knife arrived and his name was spelled wrong. I have purchased from them before and I am really disappointed in the sloppy service.

Fantastic customer service! We ordered an Army ring from this company. It is BEAUTIFUL! When I ordered it as a gift for my husband, they were very clear with me about the time frame. It was too close to Christmas, and they told me it wouldn't be there in time for Christmas. I appreciated the honesty. My husband wore the ring for a couple years, and he lost the stone on top.
