Today had an appt at 1030, checked in the guy said "she is running a little behind." At 1130 I asked them how much longer. A different lady said she is running an hour and half behind. Thanks for telling me that when I checked in. I would have went back to work and came back. Thanks for wasting my time and money. This place is a joke.

RecommendedI have been going to the Cheyenne VA for 35+ years. I absolutely LOVE THEM. This is above all the GREATEST VA hospital/clinic I have ever gone to. I've been at a few. Alvin York in Murfreesboro, TN is second place in my book.

Had a dental appt today. Everything was good as far as the service (they even gave me an unscheduled cleaning since someone else cancelled). The exception was the waiting area. An older gentleman asked them to turn the station from an old movie to the news and was told they had a policy against showing the news because us veterans always get into fights and arguments when that's on so the VA now has a policy against showing the news. Can this possibly be true??

Sorry Mark, yes. It is true. We have had everything from yelling matches (almost a fist fight) to congressional complaints from Veterans who prefer either CNN or FOX. Although, one of the MSA's admitted to screwing up my appointments, they were able to get me in and correct this issue. Therefore, I give them 5 stars for admitting their fault but correcting the problem without haste.
