I have consistently received kind, compassionate, quality care. Like any large organization there are occasional communication difficulties...the staff has always gotten an A+ from me.
What a garbage organization, even the patient advocate that hangs up on people, still works here. Your ER staff answers the phones rudely, and your employees are disgusting in handling customer service. What a joke.

Pages have been written, thousands of ideas offered to provide better basic services to our vets, me included. Improvement never comes. Privatize the VA FAST. Services will be better and cheaper.

I want to go on record as saying the Cheyenne VA Hospital is the best VA anything, I’ve dealt with since retiring. I’ve never had a problem with service, hospital care or pharmacy. They have been true professionals. I didn’t have a complaint until today. I’ll relate the experience from the point I left the hospital this morning.
