My garage door opener threw an error about some sensor issue. I called Veteran Garage Doors and they sent Sergio out. He was able to identify immediately what the problem was (the belt was worn and it was the sensor in the opener was detecting it). He recommended getting the part through warranty (and it worked!) and he came back to install it for just the cost of labor. My recent experience with Garage Door Vets has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. A couple of weeks ago, this company serviced my garage door and required payment through Zelle before they would even begin the job.
