My service Tech, Kevin, is an awesome technician. He kept me posted via text as to when he would be at my home and kept me updated on all progress of his work on installing my new garage door opener. Excellent service and work - Sergio was actually early (service scheduled 2-4p but he was able to get there at 120p - he notified me beforehand, of course). All issues were fixed and he even explained what I needed to know with the new garage door opener (warranties, operation/features, etc). Very happy with the job completion - I highly recommend them!
Kevin was great. Offered lots of education and several options for my needs. My house had a tricky set up but he took care of everything efficiently and was patient with the obstacles my house had. Not to mention the price was great after getting several quotes. Recommend to everyone
Unfortunately, they came to install my garage door and as a result of the installers workmanship the spring was tightened so tight that it snapped in half only days later while my wife was entering the garage. We are lucky nobody was killed but the entire house should like a bomb went off. They had a labor warranty but did not honor it even though the snapped spring was a direct resiult of the installer over tightening the spring.
