Took my puppy for his second round of shots. I made the appointment online, I received an email prior to the appointment to confirm my appointment. I arrived 10 min before my appointment and have to text back 3 to confirm you are there, then you receive a text when they are ready for you! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Very organized and easy!! Thank to everyone involved!
The staff was friendly and helpful with Buddy.
They have cleaned up thos store a lot. Some items are a bit pricey and decided to purchase off of Amazon.
The staff was nice. The vetrinarian was disrespectful. It is not what was said, but how it is said. I adopted my cat and paperwork stated he was six. He has a bad tooth that I did not know about. Sorry, but I am not skilled in opening his mouth to check. That is why we take our pets to professionals. The veterinarian said he is either 15 or 16 or has a really bad diet.
