Great service but couldn't order the prescription on because it is still saying waiting on vetanarian to approve the request.

The first visit was great but the second one was TERRIBLE!!!!! My poor kitten was so stressed. Inconsistent team all across. The only person that seemed to know what they were doing was the vet but truly I am not even sure of that because he said hi but no proper introduction of who they were. The long wait was so stressful, unnecessary and the entire process was so disorganized. The team couldn’t get someone checked in so therefore everyone had to pay the price of that issue.
