Clinic was fine. Why schedule appointments when they are over and hour behind and allow walk up customer to get in front of those with a booked appointment? Sitting an hour to renew flea prescription was rediclious.
Very disappointing experience. Appointment was at 11:15am, got there at 11 am and waited patiently to be checked in. When starting the check in process, everything went smoothly. I handed over my dogs vaccination records to the lady and she looked over them and gave us the go. After checking in they said i was only behind one family. 11:45 came around and we finally had a vet tech come to us and asked us to give our vaccination records to her so she could show the vet.
