The attitude from the whole group. I was sent multiple texts and call regarding my appointment. The vet acted my question wasn't really her problem. No help. Very disappointed with the whole thing. My first appointment was awesome not this one.
Great overall experience couldn’t ask for better service
For these prices I could have gone to my regular vet. Plus they didn't even give my cat her rabies vaccine. They stated that she had previously received a 3 year rabies shot but that's incorrect. So now I have to find someone to give her her rabies vax. Totally a waste of time and very expensive. They advertise low cost vax but it's not true. I paid over 100 and still have one to go because of their incompetence
Rude staff, lacking services. Knowledge of services limited. Don't recommend.
