I put off a trip to make an appointment with Vetco. My dog needed a heartworm test and a prescription for heartworm and flea medication; and that is what I told them when I setup the appointment. They didn't have/bring what was needed to do the heartworm test. That is a big problem with these temporary vet locations. They can be cheap and convenient, but they might not have what you need. They didn't. They sent me reminders of my upcoming appointment. Maybe I should have sent them a reminder of what to bring.

Very professional and treated my Lily with care. Vet helped me make the right decision for Lily’s care. Really liked the staff.

The Worst. I took my two dogs there for vaccinations and flea medication. I told them they needed Bravecto, they said nothing handed me a bag I paid over $400 got home and it was some second rate 6- 30 day pills as opposed to the 90 day pill and brand I requested. I phoned was told I would get a refund. Waited 20 days called back and they refuse to refund!! They gave me a white bag with pills and said here you go! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND LIARS!! I am pursuing legal action for fraud

The attitude from the whole group. I was sent multiple texts and call regarding my appointment. The vet acted my question wasn't really her problem. No help. Very disappointed with the whole thing. My first appointment was awesome not this one.
