The office more than exceeded my expectations in making up for a misunderstanding on my last visit. I appreciate the way they addressed my concerns. It made me feel like a valued customer. And as always, staff was attentive to my puppy’s needs.
The best place to take your pets. They are very friendly respectful and very kind to your pets. They treat them like family. Appointments are on time. No waiting longer than your appointment time for them to take in your pets. They do have boarding which I will try next time I go out of town. They have my trust 100%
The staff at Vet Brands was well educated on the products I inquired about purchasing. They were able to expedite the order the same day and offered me excellent pricing which saved me a significant amount of money compared to the last time i ordered these products! We are very impressed with the commitment to service and the expertise offered to us that we are now putting together a list of other animal health products we sell and seeing if we can save more money using Vet Brands.
