Love the staff! And the community ! They really make you feel like home. Especially the woman in the front office , Miss Abby is so nice.
My review today is not about the apartment complex itself. Although we are very happy here, I wanted to mention the Assistant Manager, Megan. I was out walking the dog today and there she was with a scoop and bucket picking up dog feces. This has been an on-going issue that management is working hard to resolve. But to see her out there dressed in her office attire doing this thankless job goes over and above and I wanted to acknowledge that. Thank you Megan

Vestavia Reserve is an excellent apartment community! The front office staff is friendly and attentive & maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. The amenities are wonderful and clean. Most everyone who lives here is great, but there will always be a few not-so-great people where ever you go. BTW...the garbage issue the lady above talks about is a known issue and the front office staff and maintenance can't do much when the company in charge of fixing it is waiting on parts. I chose the right one! After a horrific experience with Tributary Rise, my fiancé and I found this slice of heaven! It's the best apartment community I've ever lived in with the most loving, helpful, and understanding staff I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. We stay in a wonderful 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom with a stunning view, and absolutely no worries if anything ever happens.
