Terra is very rude and does not know how to interact with the tenants on a “professional” level. This would be almost the 4th time my mom has contacted me regarding her being rude and always rowdy. Over the past 7 years Ms.Diane and Ms.Angela were so sweet and knowledgeable.
Terra is an amazing property manager. She takes care of her residents and their needs. Property looks great and units are updated.
Great apartment complex overall. Management is considerate and easy to contact for the most part. Tenants are nice and keep to themselves. Place is quiet and well maintained. Only downside being that the unit itself required many maintenance fixes in one year but the maintenance crew is very quick to resolve any issue with great competence.

Lived here for around 2 ½ years. The property manager, Angela, has been an extremely wonderful and considerate person to live under her care. In my experience, she has always gone out of her way to work with my situations. Despite coming to Angela's office so often, I've never felt like a bother. Mr. Kenny, the maintenance man, was so prompt and always did me and my apartment right. He's very kind if you treat him the same. I am very glad to have had my experience at Mountain Woods.
