Great place to rent close to downtown and Homewood, with quick access to 280. Management is communicative has been making nice improvements, like redoing the parking lots
Terra is very rude and does not know how to interact with the tenants on a “professional” level. This would be almost the 4th time my mom has contacted me regarding her being rude and always rowdy. Over the past 7 years Ms.Diane and Ms.Angela were so sweet and knowledgeable.
Terra is an amazing property manager. She takes care of her residents and their needs. Property looks great and units are updated.
Great apartment complex overall. Management is considerate and easy to contact for the most part. Tenants are nice and keep to themselves. Place is quiet and well maintained. Only downside being that the unit itself required many maintenance fixes in one year but the maintenance crew is very quick to resolve any issue with great competence.
