I’ve been at Vestavia Place since July. The leasing and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. My maintenance requests have always been taken care of in a timely fashion, usually same day. And the community is safe and friendly.

Best apartment I have ever lived in! The management staff is personable and the maintenance department addresses all needs in a very timely fashion!! Very quiet and secluded but still close to shopping. Couldn’t ask for a better community! Five stars!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I've already gotten some of the best gifts of all with the beautiful friendships I have made here at Vestavia Place. Someone that will lend a hand and love your child like they are their own! Kindness and compassion to your fellow man that is what Christmas is really all about! Vestavia Place is tucked into the heart of Vestavia Hills with a staff that helps us on a daily basis if necessary there is no place we would rather be.
We have lived here for almost 5 years. Quiet neighborhood, maintenence is always on top of things, always seeing improvements! Love it!
