just moved in a week ago. Madison and Kim are great. did not realize how bad the apartments I lived in were until I moved in here.
Just moved in last week and had ac problems first day and maintenance was on top of it right away and made sure to do what was necessary to fix the problem and gave us $$ off rent to compensate for the inconvenience. Madison, Kim, Barry and the rest of the maintenance staff have done great at expediting anything that has come up. Makes it easier to not stress over anything that could come up in the future. So far so good 😊
Paying online is a scam and just a convenient way for them to make extra $$$. Had no issues until recently & definitely will not be renewing my lease.
New management is doing great. Kim is working very hard to keep everyone happy. The new leasing office plus pool are getting very pretty. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My family and I have lived here for well over 3 years now, during the shift to new management. The old owners did a horrible job of taking care of their tenants, but Kim and Madison have definitely turned it around--making order out of the previous chaos. They take any and all complaints, maintenance, and rental issues seriously, as well as handle them promptly and professionally. This place is a dumpster priced like a condo. No one told me the place came with a three dozen roaches and a racist staff. The place is full of black mold and black hearts.
Hey I just wanted say that after living here for the past year, that Madison and Kim have really done a wonderful job here. I have nothing but great things to say about them and the staff. If you’re looking for a community close to downtown without the downtown cost this is your place. I would recommend living here for sure.
I just move into Vestavia Place about a week ago. The office staff was awesome! They helped me get in super quick and were very accommodating with my schedule. Also, the apartments are super nice and close to everything!
