IT'S A JOKE HERE! MY OVEN HASN'T WORKED IN ALMOST TWO MONTHS. I'VE SENT SEVERAL REQUESTS FOR REPAIR BUT NO ONE REPLIED. I FINALLY CALLED, I EAS TOLD THAT IT WASN'T IMPORTANT TO HAVE AN OVEN THAT WORKED. BUT WE ARE UNDER A STSY AT HOME ORDER, COOKING IS ESSENTIAL. APPARENTLY THE OVEN IS SHORTING OUT. I SUPPOSE IF IT CATCHES FIRE AND BUTN YHE UNIT DOWN, IT WILL BE IMPORTANT.
RecommendedVestavia Place has went from an apartment complex to a phenomenal community/ neighborhood. It is convenient to Hwy I-65, Homewood and UAB. The most amazing addition made to this community over a year ago was Kim Allen, The Community Manager. She is amazing because her main priority are the residents which is the most important factor in property management. I would highly recommend to anyone living at Vestavia Place.
I would not recommend anyone to move here. My master bedroom flooded from the storm and nothing has been done about it. This happen on Thursday and today is Sunday my carpet is so smelly. I had to end up going to try to get a carpet cleaner to help with the smell. I have sent text messages and called but no response back. I have taken videos and pixs of this matter. My upstairs neighbors are very loud to where my walls shake and ceiling vibrate. I have complained about this matter and nothing has happen.. My fridge is messed... read more
We have enjoyed every minute of our time here at Vestavia Place. Madison and Kim in the office were very efficient and professional during our move in process. The maintenance team is amazing, prompt and professional. Five stars!!
I have lived at Vestavia Place for almost a year and I have enjoyed every bit of it! The apartments are a perfect location for me, super close to shops and work. Maintenance request are always fulfilled promptly and the staff is always improving the property (swimming pool was recently updated and a new club house with a full gym is opening soon!) Madison and Kim are always super helpful at the office. Such a great community to be a part of!
Vestavia Place has been a wonderful living experience so far. I had a recent issue with my unit and Madison did not rest until my issue was resolved. The whole staff here is great.
Madison has been beyond hellful with any assistance with my apartment needs 10/10 would recommend!!
I love it here, it’s very peaceful and we just recently got a brand new pool.
I was in a very hectic situation and had to move ASAP. Thankfully I found Vestavia Place. I spoke with Miss Maddison and she was very professional, informative, and ultimately she was able to get me approved with no problems! I appreciate all of your help Maddison ! I recommend!
