I took my son to see Dr. Ray when he was 9 months old and I cannot say enough good things about her and all of the staff we worked with during his appointment. They made an anxious mama and baby very comfortable and explained their findings very well to us. I highly recommend Dr. Ray!

Dr. Essinger and his entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable and quick. His office has great technology and his explanations are thorough, but simple to understand! I couldn't recommend Vestavia Eye Care more!

They’re the best! Had my year exam, bought year supply of contacts and some ripped before it was time for my next appointment and they replaced them for free! Everybody there is so friendly too!
We absolutely love Dr. Ray and the entire staff! She is amazing with my special needs Son. Everyone goes above and beyond to be kind and helpful.
Dr. Ray is so kind, caring and easy to talk to. She explains everything and is happy to answer questions. I am so grateful my children are under her care. One child has been 3x this year! She is watching his eyes closely and my other child has only been once but she detected an issue I was completely unaware of. — Cheree (I apologize if I’ve misspelled this) is also SO KIND. She is great with my boys. Both Dr. Ray & Cheree are patient, kind & respectful to/of children. Can’t recommend Vestavia Eye Care enough!
Everyone was so sweet at my sons first visit!! And PATIENT!! We loved everyone there!
