I found myself requiring an executive bio when the lender I work for decided to seek outside funding. The people at VMS were able to parse through my entire background and create a strong message about my leadership abilities. Considering this wasn't an actual job I was applying for but more of a representation of my credentials, I really felt it was important. Everything went exactly how I had hoped and I felt much more confident when met with the board. Money well spent.

I have hired this firm several times when I've had opportunities to interview with exec recruiters. So far, I have been offered a job 5 out of 6 times. I owe my success to the career coaching that Joel has provided me with over the years. Look these guys up and do your own research.. you won't be let down.

To whom it may concern: I do not claim to be a great writer, so after getting nowhere in my job search I decided to find a pro. Joel at vertical media solutions was the first person I spoke to and I felt really good when he spent nearly an hour with me on the phone. Our conversation helped me learn more about how to build a "strategy" to move my career forward. Later I also work with resume writer who constructed a brilliant set of documents that really help me shine. I'm looking forward to what the future holds now.
