I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Valdes. She was extremely rude during our interaction and showed a clear lack of empathy. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and she even disrespected a group of people present at the time. I expect more compassion and respect from a healthcare provider, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.
I'm 69 years old and have had experience with at least 25 dentists. Dr Valdez is the best is the best. Her staff is warm, welcoming and competent.
Family oriented office, very friendly, very clean. The staff is always polite and ready to make you comfortable, especially for a person like me, who fears dentists. Dr. Valdes is very professional and always goes out of her way to make you feel like as comfortable as she can. She always has a story to tell- whether is about family, music or just random talk... - i enjoy it. This is the place for me and my family.
