If you are a patient here, good luck. If you’re sick and looking for an appointment, save your 30 - 60 minutes that you’ll spend waiting on them to answer the phone because they’re just going to tell you to go to urgent care anyway. You cannot get ahold of anyone in this office and the medical employees are extremely subpar. I love the doctor but it so difficult to get hold of anyone when u call the office, am in need of a prior authorization and I have been calling the office for the whole day not even a missed call from them . So frustrating
I want to start by acknowledging that Jon and Diana are excellent healthcare professionals. Unfortunately, that only goes so far if the office itself is not well managed and professional. Trying to get a hold of anyone is next to impossible. The phone menu is inaccurate or malfunctioning. I thought that I was done with this office a long, long time ago, but I am in need of my medical records. Let's just say, I have no idea when or if I'll ever get them...unless I drive to the office myself.
If I could give them a negative rating I would. I've been a patient of Dr. Jon Trister for years. I had scheduled an appointment with them and called a day prior 17 times, left a voice mail to ask about the time of my appointment. The next morning of my appointment I had called an additional 23 times and left a voice mail. I finally received a phone call stating I had missed my appointment.
