If you are a patient here, good luck. If you’re sick and looking for an appointment, save your 30 - 60 minutes that you’ll spend waiting on them to answer the phone because they’re just going to tell you to go to urgent care anyway. You cannot get ahold of anyone in this office and the medical employees are extremely subpar. Joan in the office is an unfeeling person who asks why I don't work. And our emails are blocked. Sorry you had to do that Hoping Dr Trista is a little bit kinder. I have worked in a doctors office and I have never done what Joan has done.....Unfeeling. Joan needs to get compassion. Or fired. No compassion. Joan seems to think people with cancer should work.

I want to start by acknowledging that Jon and Diana are excellent healthcare professionals. Unfortunately, that only goes so far if the office itself is not well managed and professional. Trying to get a hold of anyone is next to impossible. The phone menu is inaccurate or malfunctioning. I thought that I was done with this office a long, long time ago, but I am in need of my medical records. Let's just say, I have no idea when or if I'll ever get them...unless I drive to the office myself.
I love the doctor but it so difficult to get hold of anyone when u call the office, am in need of a prior authorization and I have been calling the office for the whole day not even a missed call from them . So frustrating
