HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Agreed to a price on a vehicle and put down a deposit on it. only after driving there from Florida to find out the "new" car with ~20 miles on it was not only not on the lot, but was being driven as a daily driver by the manager's wife. Oh and it had about 4000 miles on it. They also were very difficult when it came to getting our deposit back. Needless to say their bait and switch tactics did not work nor will I ever go back there.

Worked with Derek Wilson to buy my husband a new truck. He was professional, friendly, and was always on top on things. Everyone at Vernon was nice and caring. Buying online an then going to pick up truck made it so easy and convenient. Will definitely be going back.
Started looking online at cars in Wednesday and was driving our new car off the lot by Friday! great service and Richard was really helpful!
They were very helpful in getting my vehicle definitely will buy from them again. They were very patient with us also. Richard answered his phone even on his day off and made sure everything was ok the next day after the purchase.

I submitted a form online valuing my trade late Friday night, first thing Saturday morning I was contacted and sent to James Bailey for a salesman. He made sure I was taken care of every step of the way!
