I just purchased a 2016 3500 pick up at Vernon Auto Group. I found Derek in used sales to be very helpful. He answered all my questions which were many. Martin in finance was also very helpful in getting everything set up the way I needed it. As a whole I found it a very satisfying purchase without the hassle that comes with purchasing vehicles in many places. I would differently go back for my next purchase.
Won’t stand behind warranty Vehicle was not inspected by dealership prior to delivery. Arrived completely filthy inside and out. Missing / broken components on vehicle due to improperly performed routine maintenance has resulted in added out of pocket expenses that the dealership denied fault for. They are quick to make a sale and even quicker to leave you hanging if a problem arises.
Steve Ybarra in sales and Miguel Granados in finance made this the most pleasant and easy car buying experience I have ever had. Everything about this truck purchase was amazing. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go and see the amazing staff at Vernon Auto Group!!!!! Thank you again guys!!!!
As a young woman, I had a fear of getting taken advantage of while car shopping, but I was very comfortable with Jr Calvillo showing me the cars in my price range and I felt like he was truly wanting me to get the best deal possible. I came from Amarillo, TX and I would recommend anyone else do the same!
