Stay away from this dealership! The absolute worst customer service you will ever encounter. They will lie, promise you the world til the deal is done, then you can't get any assistance at all. We bought a Sierra Duelly in Feb 2016, traded for another vehicle in June 2018. Have requested numerous times that they submit for our refund of the extended warranties. was in the middle of a deal with this dealership and all of a sudden got an email that they sold the truck I was dealing with. So basically they ran my credit shot me an offer and in the middle of negotiating as I was waiting for paperwork so I could review the offer they sold it right out from under me. Terrible service and I will never shop here again.
I just bought my second truck from Vernon Auto Group and I can not tell you how easy they make it. Just go on their website find the vehicle you want or call them and they will find it. The price is marked and I bet you won’t find a better deal. In my case they were $4000 cheaper than anyone around OKC. We completed everything over the phone. I drove two hours spent 30 minutes at the dealership then drove home in my new truck. I’m telling you they make it easy.
Richard was very helpful I drove a few hours to get there for a truck and when I got there everything was ready for me and the truck was in great shape like they told me over the phone they were not pushy they are very friendly people and after I bought my truck they called me a few time to see how everything was going I’d recommend them to everyone I’m very happy I’d definitely buy from them again!!!
Hey I need some help. Anyone out there I don’t care if you’re my friend or not I need you to re-post this. I bought a brand new 2018 F350 truck from Vernon auto group in Vernon Texas. It’s been four months they still will not give me the registration papers. That truck is worthless I can’t drive it and They refuse to give me the registration. I would like to get this out to as many people as possible. $68,000 down the tubes.Thank you for your support.
