The entire staff at Dr. Williams office was compassionate and helpful. All my questions were answered, and the length of time the doctor spent with me was sufficient to answer all my questions.

The Doctor seemed apathetic and accusatory to my injury
This was one of the worst doctor appts, perhaps the absolute worst, in my 30 years of living. Dr. Vernon did NOT explain my diagnoses OR go over my MRI results. He just suggested that "there's something going on" in my neck and my brachial plexus, but didn't explain anything. He abruptly left the room thinking he'd come back with my diagnosis, only for someone else to give me my prescription for PT and an order for the MRI on the other side. Dr. Williams is literally amazing. My knees are in better shape because of him and I am able to work out and do everything that I want to do because he is fixing them in a way that helps me preserve them long-term
The overall experience throughout my appointment was amazing and I would recommend this provider to everyone I know!!!!
