Id be hard pressed to find another establishment that serves colder Shiner Bock Draft than the ones sold at Vermillion. It's an old locals favorite with a welcoming ambiance and excellent service that serves up some good pub food. I wholeheartedly agree that this place has been putting out some excellent nachos for as long as i can remember. The nachos, wings, and ceviche is a must if your ganna be stopping by to catch a game in their bar area!
This is a great family restaurant. Been coming here for years! Excellent food, service and atmosphere!
Best food in town always visit it when I come to visit family.
