Verizon store in Hawthorne, CA (Rosecrans Ave) has one of the worst managers and customer service I have ever encountered. Abel, the manager, did not want to give us the refund that was due to us after returning a tablet bought just 2 days ago. Verizon will refund us the "restocking" fee that by the way, was higher than the tablet itself. Careful with their offers!!!!!! This store only tells you half the story only to charge you more afterwards!!!!! Customers beware!!!!
