helpful and honest
We went to this store yesterday and although it looked crowded, Laura was able to help us within ten minutes. This was by far the best experience we have ever had at a Verizon store. Laura was concise, not pushy, informative, pleasant and helpful. We didn't feel rushed and she answered all our questions. I highly recommend her!
The staff was friendly enough but the company lured me in with FALSE AND DECEPTIVE advertising! BEWARE!
