I started at one of their other locations. I simply needed a new phone. I didn't want to chane my plan or anything, just needed to replace my 4 year old Galaxy with the latest model. After they checked the plan and tired to rework the plan (only to realize that my grandfathered plan is better than anything currently available) they tried to process the phone. It took an hour plus for me to turn in an old device. No one ever acknowledged me. I had to say something. I was also in the market for a new watch. If I have to deal with this location, I'll never have it!!

Excellent customer service
Id give zero stars if i could. The employee that helped me today was extremely rude. I will not be back and will tell everyone i know to avoid this store like the plague.
