We had a fairly complex situation to resolve in order to get an account switched back from another carrier back to Verizon due to the other carrier not having service at UAB , while Verizon worked fine there. John Talbert did a fantastic job of walking us through the process and overcoming a number of hurdles. He was quick and extremely helpful. The overall experience was better than expected and would definitely recommend John.
Kristen and Darry were not only awesome but very helpful to us when we walked through the door at 6:50pm! We did not know the hours for closing….phone broke so they were great in helping Dave to select a phone! One would never know it was 10 minutes to closing!!! Excellent customer service at Verizon Inverness Store! Thank you so much!

I started at one of their other locations. I simply needed a new phone. I didn't want to chane my plan or anything, just needed to replace my 4 year old Galaxy with the latest model. After they checked the plan and tired to rework the plan (only to realize that my grandfathered plan is better than anything currently available) they tried to process the phone. It took an hour plus for me to turn in an old device. No one ever acknowledged me. I had to say something. I was also in the market for a new watch. If I have to deal with this location, I'll never have it!!
