It took an hour plus for me to turn in an old device. No one ever acknowledged me. I had to say something. I was also in the market for a new watch. If I have to deal with this location, I'll never have it!!

Id give zero stars if i could. The employee that helped me today was extremely rude. I will not be back and will tell everyone i know to avoid this store like the plague.
Went in to price getting service. Then, I found out later that I could/should have been offered all service options. Visible is a Verizon option. This was not mentioned to me.
