This store is supposedly a corporate store. We've had two different issues two different people same salesperson. Man very thin hair Fu Manchu beard. First he was extremely rude 3 weeks prior to this with a 93-year-old lady customer over issues she was having with her billing. He didn't try to help her he was rude to her. Then last week I go to the store with an issue with my own phone and he treated me as if I was bothering him. This is not what customer service should be.
They had good service dude helped me find case for my phone
Terrible company. For no reason at all I'll just have no data from 1130-1244. Can't call or access customer support. VZW will not load. This happens several times a month. WHY!? I FEEL CHEATED i think i basically bought a brick that happens to do what it wants when it wants. DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY. Get a backup phone.
