This visit just reassured me of how much I hate getting a new phone because of dealing with Verizon stores. I went in knowing pretty much what I wanted. Told the girl that I needed a phone that day. She didn't know much about the 2 phones I wanted to look at. The sample phones are hooked to a 1 foot 10 pound cord attached to the wall so you can't see how it would feel in your hand. Always on spot with great service and well informed of all the different phones and tablets that they offer with many choices in store and all the accessories you need to make each device personal for you're liking so I will say if you're ready to upgrade this is the place
