Had a tough experience today activating a watch. The entire team there was super friendly and extremely helpful. They did a great job with a tough situation.
It's nice to go to a company store. They helped me with the phone issues. The local stores are not allowed to help. The parent company's do not want the employees to help, only sell you something. The online help is very hard to understand because of their heavy accent
