Unkempt employee had no idea what he was doing. Tried telling me several times to enter my phone number when it was asking for my pin. Then told me they don't know how to help people with their VERIZON account at the VERIZON STORE and told me to go call an Indian farm of fake employees to ask for help instead. Still can't get into my account.
They were incredibly busy, but they kept to a good schedule, communicated clearly, and sent updates via text.
