If I could I'd do a ZERO STAR! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WASN'T WILLING TO HELP A LONG STANDING CUSTOMER WITH REGAINING ACCESS TO HER PAID IN FULL WITH CASH APPLE IPHONE. HE NEVER EVER BOTHER TO ATTEMPT TO HELP A CUSTOMER WITH THEIR NEEDS. was very dismissive, judgemental and uncouth!
