Stopped in for a phone data transfer appointment today. The guy that assisted me was very friendly and helpful. That's why 3 stars. Went back to ask a simple question and "Brie" bit my head off. EXTREMELY RUDE!! I was just asking how to find something on my phone. She does NOT belong in a forward facing customer service role. Otherwise would've given 5 stars.

Jose at the Verizon store on Dodge is a GREAT representative for Verizon. He got me and my family off of Boost Mobile, where I had been for 20+ years. I was missing out on so much. This dude got my family (Dad, Mom and 2 teenage daughters) on a plan with new phones for the same price as Boost. JOSE' is a 🌟 and gets 5 🌟's from my family and I!!!
