Great service!!! Now that I’m a retired senior I don’t need to spend the extra money.
Worst experience ever. I was spoken down to in a very condescending tone.He kept going to the backroom and coming back with an "I'm sorry", but I think that was just a weird strategy to act as if he was trying to help. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and been a loyal supporter, but it's obviously time for a change. Makes me sad.
