Worst experience ever. I was spoken down to in a very condescending tone.He kept going to the backroom and coming back with an "I'm sorry", but I think that was just a weird strategy to act as if he was trying to help. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and been a loyal supporter, but it's obviously time for a change. Makes me sad.

we waited a week before we got are numbers switched tried going in but the kid up front push us out the door and said we can do it are self and we are still waiting for numbers to be switched
