Again, typical waste of time business practices. Just have to drop off a phone for trade in and the process for completing it simply is non-existent. Director of retail even happened to be in store, he doesn't have a clue.

This place sucks they are scammers that will say your bill will be lower then 2 months later your bill will got up 100$. they are all liars at this location do not go here! If you go to this location they will tell you that you need a new phone when you don’t need a new phone and the employees will lie and say any lie to get you to buy a new phone including saying it’s a free phone. Then You will get a big surprise on your bill that it’s has gone up 100$ this location is awful do not trust this place! Terrible people
They only help you if you're buying something! Otherwise, they don't want to be bothered if you're having a problem.
