My partner and I went to this location on 1/17 to add a line and get new phones. We worked with Jackson. We had an issue getting an approval. We ended up leaving. Jackson text me 10 minutes later saying him and his manager were able to push it thru and to come back to complete the process! When we came back there was an issue with the phone being in store/shipping to my home. He sat on the phone with Verizon customer service (the worst) for 30 minutes getting this taken care of! Its the best Verizon store. They hire employees with knowledge.
What a joke- I walk in and the place is packed. So I wait. While I wait I observe the employees joking with each other, routinely getting up to go talk with each other and one guy spent 20 minutes fixing a display iPad instead of helping costumers. They are fast to sell you something but go in for help and they take forever. Even with an appointment I’m still waiting over 45 minutes to get any help. The employees have no sense of urgency.
Again, typical waste of time business practices. Just have to drop off a phone for trade in and the process for completing it simply is non-existent. Director of retail even happened to be in store, he doesn't have a clue.
