Slow customer service
Nice phones too much money
Every time I go in there I leave shaking my head why do I still deal with Verizon. Also Verizon was by to do some work out in front of our house on their phone lines.... they left zip ties cigarette butts.. At least they managed to drive across the front of my yard and leave a big rut.
Absolutely horrible customer service!
