After going back and forth with the sales associate and Customer service Santos was able to remove some fees I had been requesting to be removed for weeks!! Business customers! please come to the store to get help when you need help with something. The Customer representatives on the PHONE (I had to go through many different representatives and they messed up my account!!!!) One of the representative there, Gary helped me to untangle all the issues and we were able to Finally solve the problem successfully. Thank you so much Gary!! Very friendly an kind!

6 mouths now and stuck with a bill plan i did not agree on !! Have made the trip to the store countless of times and no resolution yet !!! Was over charged 260$ for a service i did not want so I have been credited with that !! My monthly bill is almost twice what I was quoted!!!!!! The manager told me to just wait for a call "from the district manager " been over a mouth !!!
