We went in to see about upgrading my plan and our representative was Chris. He was very thorough. Knowledgeable and courteous. He answered our questions and helped us through the whole process very easily and very efficiently. I normally go to the Wake Forest location but I will go to this location from now on because I was really impressed with how efficient everyone was and how helpful they were. I would definitely go in and recommend and ask for Chris.
