Had to leave know it's a place to get phone
This place itself is great and for the most part so is Verizon. Just frustrated I found out that I was paying $25 unnecessarily for the past 6 months.
Unfortunately, the service at this location is shameful. Management refused to activate the phone picked up at that moment. Management refused to provide upper leadership contact information when it was requested. We are unlocky this is the location nearest us.
Your total lack of human customer service is disgusting. I will be finding a new customer service unless a human person from Verizon will call me. I do like to talk to humans, especiall⁹y at service
