I went to this Verizon store to buy a SIM card and waited over an hour with no updates or communication. In the end, I was told it couldn’t be activated. Then I had to wait another hourr just to get a refund unbelievable. The manager acted as if he was doing me a favor by offering an appointment the next day at his convenience, not mine. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.
I had placed item in my cart on 12 Dec, rec’d called from Kapolei VZ saying they seen items in my cart online. Asked if I wanted to pick them up in the store I said sure if you have them. I was given an appt for 6pm on 13 Dec. I went to the appt was told they didn’t see it scheduled appt. I got assistance only to find out they didn’t have any of what I wanted. I had my new phones with me and was told they charge 29.00 to transfer data from phones. I think per phone which is a ripoff I think. It was totally a waste of my time... read more
