I've been with verizon since the beginning of the company. I came into today to upgrade / change my. At first it was simple. Pay off the old phone and get the new one. That changed into adding another line, trying to sell me Hotspots, and insurance coverage for home appliances. Absolutely bizarre experience, and when I was confused and asking questions I was told I was making her uncomfortable. Horrible al the way around.
Never come to this store without a scheduled visit. You will, regardless of what you need to do, spend damn near an hour plus to get anything done. Anyone who enters this store is seemingly the most technologically inept of society, and they will be a burden upon you. This is only exacerbated by the fact that that staff has zero reason to expedite any process, and is incapable of multitasking.
