The best in the world
I was there to go over my very old account, 20+ years account, and possibly get new phones. Unfortunately, zi ended up not getting anything done. The rep that assisted me was not helpful at all. When my name was called, he made faces as soon as he saw we were Hispanics. My husband, who was standing on the other side of the room, watched as his enthusiasm went down when he saw we were Hispanics. He probably thought he wasn't going to make a sale or something. We came in needing a new phone for today, and we got a new phone and number right away. Brooke was really helpful and straightforward with all the deals and plans. We really appreciate Brooke for helping us out. I really recommend getting help from her.
