I dropped my phone yesterday . I had the plexiglass guard on . I ran up to my local Verizon and purchased a new shield . I was the first customer in line . The lady was amazing and helped me re apply the new shield . My hands aren’t very steady when I’m nervous . She talked me through reapplying a very expensive plexiglass . I wish I had gotten her name . We have been Verizon customers for 17 years . Please give her a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Star rating for customer service ‘
I paid there insurance program over 8 dollars a month for 5 years....then was told a deductible of 150 to get replacement phone and was sent an out of date with no chance of upgrading. so I cancelled and now have spectrum for two phones including the phone cost per month we are saving sixty dollars a month. done
When are you gonna hire more employees so it's not a 30 min wait all the time? I came in during non peak hours and its still a 30 min wait. all to simply exchange a broken charger. this is a huge waste of time.
have tried calling the store numerous times and NEVER get an answer. if you go to the store the wait times are ridiculous.
This was the absolute worse experience I’ve had at a Verizon store. We were sent to this store by the other Verizon store in town on Pickard because their system was having issues and they thought the corporate store on mission could help. The Pickard store is an authorized retailer, NOT corporate. So we go to the corporate store on mission the following day. The Verizon employee, Ricky, was very professional. He helped us save on the plan by recommending options in how we can save more. We left the store very happy.
