Poor customer service. I have bought several phones over the years from the local seymour indiana verizon TCC . I went in today to get help changing a screen protector that i had purchased through Verizon just not at this store. They wanted to charge $10. to replace the screen protector. I went in wanting customer service and walked away never wanting to set foot in their door and frustrated with Verizon. Karri Strobl was awesome. She was extremely helpful with getting through getting my first Verizon phone. She made sure I understood the policies and what I was paying for. Overall experience was fantastic and I would recommend to anyone!
Every time we go to the Verizon store there is one lady who is extremely rude! My husband went in there today to pay our bill because for some reason it wouldn't let us pay online & she had an attitude for no reason! I honestly don't know how you have a job with the way you treat people & man do I wish I knew your name so I could put you on blast more! Associate(s) tells you "this is service that's included with your phone" and charge a "membership fee" for the service "included" with your phone. We will not be doing business with TCC again.
