RecommendedDanielle at the Seymour IN TCC went above and beyond for my parents and I. I had purchased new phones online because we were trying to do the buy one get one free cell phone. I was having so many issues purchasing these online and actually getting through to a representative at Verizon. Danielle sit down with us for over 3 hours ... waited on hold for Verizon and kept her patients this whole time. Went to get a Sim card for my daughter's new phone. The old one was stolen. On the phone Verizon said I could get a new one for free at the Seymour location since they are a authorized dealer. Went to the Seymour location to do so. They tried to charge me $10, I told them no it was free. They then explained that they were not a real Verizon store and had to charge $10. I came in and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome! Answered all of my questions and got me set up with my new phone before I walked out the door! Transferred all of my info and everything! Thanks Josh! You’re the best! 😊

If you want a company that will go above and beyond for you as a customer then I HIGHLY recommend TCC Verizon Authorized Retailer. Every time I have a problem they have never failed to have a solution. Every one of their employees are absolutely wonderful but Karri Strobl is outstanding. She is so genuine and personable. I love her! TCC is lucky to have her as an employee. ❤️
