We have had excellent luck working with Ben, he is highly experienced and on point with all his recommendations and tech advice, extremely helpful, respectful and meticulous with all our questions and concerns. Ben has handled our business account over numerous years as well as multiple repairs, even a replacement after total destruction of device.
